Outstanding Student in History

The museum will honor two outstanding history students in Marquette County as a part of our annual spring awards program. Since 1984 the Helen Longyear Paul and Peter White Memorial Awards have been presented annually to an individual(s) and an organization/business whose efforts have contributed to the preservation and promotion of local history. In spring, 2009, the museum will add a student award to this annual event. Nomination criteria and applications will be sent to the schools in September 2008. Look for details and updates this fall.
